At Baker Skateboards, we stand by our gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all skate hardware and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box; decks must be un-skated and still in shrink wrap to be eligible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
